Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request to change the zone from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 44.60 acres located generally south-west of the Gap Canyon Pkwy and 1790 West intersection. Additionally, the application includes an amendment to the Divario development agreement to be reviewed along with the zone change proposal in order to transfer some of the density from other areas of Divario to this area and change the designation of open space in certain areas. The applicant is proposing 450 units on the property. The applicant is Unified Business Alliance, and the representative is Greg Cronin. The project will be known as Divario PA-2 - Allora Village. Case No. 2023-ZC-009
