- To be posted on Friday, August 13, 2023, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Fitzgerald Property Amended Development Agreement request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above listed request for property located at approximately 1085 E 12650 South. The purpose of the request is to amend the existing development agreement on the property to eliminate the connection to 12600 South, adjust setbacks for accessory dwelling units, and create detention basin design standards. The hearing will be held on August 24, 2023 at 6:30 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the Council Chambers.
