NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Planning Commission
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 2nd day of August 2023, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street Heber City, Utah, the Planning Commission will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider:
- Celebration Workforce Housing MDA, located approximatley at 300 E 1200 S. The proposal includes the following:
o Change of approved uses to permit multi-family housing in a commerical zone.
o Approve residential uses within the Eastern Approach Surfaces of the Airport Overlay Zone.
o Approve a the attached concept plan, including the associated density, open space, and uses.
If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. All comments will be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.

IV. The comment option for the online platform will be turned off during the meeting, including the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.

b. Attend the meeting in person at 75 North Main, upstairs in the Council Chambers
c. If joining the meeting through the online portal below)

*Limit comments to three minutes
*Do your best not to repeat what has already been stated as your time is limited
*When you have stated your comment, turn your camera back to the off position
