- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings have been scheduled for the following item to be heard by the Garland City Planning Commission on August 21, 2023 at 7:00 pm and the Garland City Council on September 6, 2023 at 8:00 pm. The meetings will be held in the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street Garland, Utah. 1) Review and possible action on the rezoning request of approximately 1.14 acres located in the vicinity of 531 West Factory Street (Parcel No. 06-064-0007) from the agricultural to manufacturing zoning district. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the City Recorder, Sharlet Anderson at (435) 257-3118 ext. 1001 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
