- Public Notice VERNAL CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-13 The Vernal City Council approved Ordinance No. 2023-13, amending the municipal code chapter 16.58.090. This ordinance changes the requirements and processes for minor subdivisions. The entire Ordinance is available for inspection in the office of the City Recorder. This Ordinance shall be effective the day after posting on the Utah Public Notice Website. Published on the Public Notice Website August 10, 2023.
