MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, AUGUST 17, 2023 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of business license applications: a. Hathaway's Pantry, 1129 North 3000 West - home business for baking. b. McFarland Produce, LLC., 2000 West Pioneer Road - produce stand. c. Fast Stop 1103, 2000 West Pioneer Road - convenience store. d. Watson Window Cleaning, 376 South 2360 West - window cleaning. 4. Presentation: Rep. Matt Gwynn. 5. Presentation and discussion on Scouting Programs. 6. Public Hearing: boundary adjustment with Farr West City. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance adjusting boundary with Farr West City. 8. Public Hearing: Business License Fee Study and Business Licensing and Regulations. 9. Discussion/action on Ordinance updating Business Licensing and Regulations. 10. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Financial and Property Administration. 11. Discussion /action on Resolution adopting Annexation Policy Plan. 12. Discussion/action on Resolution intending to adjust boundary with Ogden City. 13. Discussion/action on allotments for: City Inspect. 14. Follow-up and Event Planning: a. Fourth of July. b. Garden Market. c. September 16th - Harvest Festival/Family Dinner. 15. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 16. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about August 10, 2023.
