RIVER'S EDGE and WILDE PROPERTY MASTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (MPD) PRELIMINARY PLANS, CT-362-A, 6.63 ACRES and CT-362, 3.50 ACRES, CT-362-363, 4.51 ACRES and DRW-2-AM, 6.14 ACRES Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend an action on the proposed MPD for the Rivers' Edge Preliminary Subdivision Plat, 280 S 500 W, CT-362-A and Wilde Property Site Plan and Phase 1 Preliminary Subdivision Plat, 270 S Main Street, CT-362, CT-362-363 and DRW-2-AM. The hearing is scheduled on Monday, August 21, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The proposed MPD Preliminary Subdivision Plans include the transfer of 36 multi-family approved units from the River's Edge Property to the Wilde Property, 4-lot subdivision on the River's Edge Property and a 72 multi-family unit site plan with a 16 multi-family unit Phase 1 preliminary condominium subdivision plat on the Wilde Property. The preliminary MPD, Subdivisions, and Site Plan require a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the City Council. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
