MORGAN CITY ORDINANCE 23-11 and ORDINANCE 23-12
Morgan City adopted Ordinance 23-11 and Ordinance 23-12 and on August 22, 2023
Ordinance 23-11 amended Title 5, Chapter 5.02, Section 5.02.080 by removing restrictions based on the breed of an animal to comply with State Code; and
Ordinance 23-12 amended Title 10, Chapter 10.30, Section 10.30.040 by amending the total width allowed for driveways to thirty-six feet (36').
