- NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On August 3, 2023, Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance #23-08-01, enacting 17-19-8 and 17-20-8 to add restrictions for vehicle-centered uses in certain areas of the city.
