PARAGONAH TOWN REGULAR MEETING 44 NORTH 100 WEST, PARAGONAH TOWN HALL AUGUST 9, 2023 - 7:00 P.M AGENDA Pledge 1. Call meeting to order - Todd Robinson, Mayor 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda - By Motion 4. Approve minutes of July 12, 2023, Regular Town Board meeting - By Motion 5. Mayor's Report - Todd Robinson Report on the following and make motion if necessary: a) Application for a grant to develop road with culvert to the Southeast of Town for emergency fire access. b) Agreement with Sunrise Engineering for Water Improvement Project. c) Construction Principal Forgiveness Advance Agreement with Drinking Water Board for Water Improvement Project. 6. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 7. Power/Fire Department Reports - Travis Isaacson 8. Cemetery/Planning and Zoning Reports - Marge Cipkar a) Discuss amending Cemetery Ordinance for the cost for a non-resident plot that was previously purchased. (Public hearing will need to be held before final approval) 9. Roads/Park/Building Reports - Todd Memmott 10. Open Discussion 11.
