- 7:00 Board Chair brings the meeting to order. 7:05 Approval of June 14, 2023 Minutes Nancy Hobbs Orme, Board Chair Action: Board to make corrections and approve. 7:10 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If unable to attend the meeting, public comments may be sent to nhobbs@xmission.com. If received by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting, the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 7:20 Sandy City Police Update Officer Jake Olsen and/or Officer Graham Tinius, Sandy City Police Department Update on police activity in the park, including information on recent uptick in transient activity and any suggestions on how the board or individual members might help address the issue.
