Cleveland Town Council Meeting August 10, 2023 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Public Comment: Limited to 10 minutes Total Time. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Approve business license for Agustin Iturrio. 2. Vicki Holmes would like permission to drive over the curb at 300 N 60 W or have it removed. Would also like to request stop signs. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Main Street Ball Park being named Hansen Equipment. 4. Approve purchase of copier for town office. 5. Approve fire department expenditure for wildland equipment. 6. Review bills for payment. 7. Council Reports 8. Cleveland Town Municipal Code 2-3.17(F) Appeal Hearing for Estate of Frank L. Jensen on Ordinance Violations for residence located at 190 North 50 West start at 8 pm. a.
