This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Informational: No Action Required 12:25 2024 Budget Process Update Brent Laulusa, Associate Director of Fiscal and Admin Brent will share a brief update on the current timeline of the 2024 budget process and projects. Informational: No Action Required 12:35 Butterfield Canyon Trails and Trailhead Jon Ruedas, Sr. Park Planner Project Manager Jon will update the board on the trails and trailhead projects at Butterfield Canyon. Informational: No Action Required 12:45 FIF Project Adjustments & Outdoor Pool Updates Doranne Pittz, Associate Director of Recreation Doranne will provide updates on the upcoming pool closures as well as present the adjustments for FIF projects.
