- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 8th day of August 2023 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Vote to Approve Agenda 3. Review and Possible Action on the Final Plat for Magnolia Subdivision located in the vicinity of Main Street and 1400 South. 4. Discussion and Update on 'Project Mercury' Industrial Site located in the vicinity of 415 West Factory Street 5.
