Description/Agenda: Springville City will accept bids for the construction of the Burt Springs Renovation according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by Hansen, Allen & Luce Inc. Work will be comprised of the rehabilitation of the existing Burt Springs collection system, and will also include the construction of a new drinking water pump station. Separate sealed bids will be received at the Finance office of Springville City, 110 S Main St, Springville, UT 84663 ATTN: Bruce Riddle, Finance Director, until 2:00 pm on August 29, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to the City offices prior to the bid opening. Prospective bidders are required to attend a pre-bid conference which will be held at Springville City Hall, 110 S Main St, Springville UT 84663 at 1:30 pm on August 15, 2023. The object of the conference is to acquaint bidders with the site conditions, specifications, and to answer any questions which bidders may have concerning the project.
