Welcome - Sandy Meadows (Chair) Thank Linda Gardner for the home tour of her lovely historical home 2. Minutes - Kathy Murphy (Secretary) a. July 2023 minutes approval 3. Commission Chair Report Sandy Meadows a. Historical Cottonwood signs b. Ad in Journal c. August Blue Moon Festival (August 26th 5:00-10:00pm d. Linda Gardner ordered more shirts for group 4. Updates/New business a. Speaker Series - Kim Duffy Speaker Series date Tuesday Sept 12 Change our September meeting date to Tuesday September 19th b. Preservation proposed new event - Historical Garden Tour for 2024- Kathy Murphy c. Holladay History Night - Monday October 9, 2023 - set up artifacts in Little Cottonwood Rm, hang pictures in downstairs hallway - Bread from Great Harvest and jam for refreshments - Apples from Harmons - Cookies d.
