Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 23-18 Notice is hereby given that on August 3, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 23-18, amending City Code Chapter 11.04, Public Safety Cost Recovery, to include a financial hardship consideration for qualifying patients. The Ordinance shall take effect on August 3, 2023. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
