City of Monticello NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Conditional Use Permit Request: 149 E 400 S Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main St, Monticello, Utah, beginning at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment from the public regarding the Conditional Use Permit Request: 149 E 400 S. Copies of the request are available for public inspection in the Monticello City Office. Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Melissa Gill, melissa@monticelloutah.org , City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend this hearing may call the Monticello City Office at least three days prior to the meeting, at 435-587-2241 Melissa Gill /s/ City Recorder

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
