- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Ordinance Amendment - Proposed changes to exterior wall covering stipulations.
