The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on August 1, 2023. ORD 23-22 - CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending Chapter 17.16 of the Land Development Code 'Overlay Zones' and Chapter 17.27 'Planned Development (PD) Overlay Zone'. ORD 23-24 - VACATION OF A SEWER LINE EASEMENT - Ordinance vacating a sewer line easement on property located at 1150 South 100 West, Logan, Utah (Walmart Subdivision). Parcel 02-086-0027. ORD 23-25 - VACATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT - Ordinance vacating all public utility easements and access easements located at 95 East 200 North, Logan, Utah (Fire Station #70) formerly known as the Wilkes 200 North Subdivision. Parcel 06-017-0001. ORD 23-26 - VACATION OF A RIGHT OF WAY - Ordinance vacating property located at or near the Willow Lakes Subdivision (1100 West at 1100; 1300 West at 1100 South; 1500 West at 1100 South; 1100 South; 1400 South at 1300 West; 1400 South at 1300 West). These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication.
