- HIGHLAND CITY LEGAL NOTICE Summary of Ordinances of the Highland City Council On July 18, 2023, Highland City Council adopted the following ordinances: Ordinance No. O-2023-15 Approving and Ratifying an Employment Contract with Erin Wells As City Administrator Ordinance No. O-2023-16 Amending Section 2-205 Duties and Powers in the Highland City Development Code - Planning Commission Voting Ordinance No. O-2023-17 Amending Section 15.16 Mobile Homes and Trailers regarding Occupation of Mobile Homes and Trailers On August 1, 2023, Highland City Council adopted the following ordinance: Ordinance No. O-2023-18 Amending the Transportation Element in the Highland City General Plan A full and complete copy of the ordinances are available at the office of the Highland City Recorder, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Posted in the following locations on August 2, 2023 Public Notice Website (https://www.utah.gov/pmn/) Highland City Website (www.highlandcity.org) Highland City Hall
