- PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING THE LISTS OF UNCLAIMED RIGHTS OF RECORD FOR THE UTAH LAKE / JORDAN RIVER DRAINAGE, PROVO RIVER DIVISION, JORDANELLE SUBDIVISION (AREA NO. 55, BOOK 13) Who: Water Users within the Jordanelle Subdivision When: August 15, 2023, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Where: Wasatch Senior Center (multi-purpose room) 465 East 1200 South Heber City, UT 84032 A recording of the public meeting will also be available on-line under the meetings tab at the following link: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov Purpose: The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the Jordanelle Subdivision (55-13) in the Utah Lake and Jordan River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code § 73-4-9.5). The List of Unclaimed Rights is available electronically in PDF format on the Division of Water Rights website at the following address: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/pdbooks/JordanelleLUR. In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to a public meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions. If individuals cannot attend, but have questions regarding the adjudication process or water rights within the Jordanelle area, please contact Division of Water Rights at 801-538-5282. Information from the meeting will be posted on the Utah Division of Water Rights website at http://waterrights.utah.gov as a resource for those who are unable to view the meeting live or require additional information.
