- Roy City Corporation will be holding a public hearing to amend its FY 2024 budget for the appropriation of public monies. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input and obtaining Council approval for the changes. All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in person, or watch the discussion on the YouTube live stream at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6zdmDzxdOSW6veb2XpzCNA .
