CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Campbell 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Sands B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from July 19, 2023 City Council Meeting. D. PRESENTATION: 1. Toquerville Sentinel - Brian McNary 2. Toquerville Citizens Readiness Meeting - Leif Bjarnson E. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS: 1. Ash Creek Special Services District Representative 2. Hurricane Valley Fire District Representative - Merlin Spendlove 3. Planning Commission Chair - Shaun Huntsman 4. City Manager - Afton Moore 5. City Attorney - Heath Snow F. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. G. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on limiting the number of Public Infrastructure Districts (PID) within Toquerville City. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX - An Interlocal Agreement between the City and Washington County for the City's use of the Washington County Justice Court and Court Staff. 3. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Amending Title 1, Chapter 9 of the Toquerville City Code to reference the Utah State General Records Retention Schedule. 4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX - Modifying the Uniform Fee Schedule to revise photocopy fees. H. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Highway Clean-up - Saturday, August 5th, 2023 7:00 AM at City Hall 2. Toquerville City Farmers Market - Saturday, August 19th, 2023, at City Hall (Every 3rd Saturday through October) I. CLOSED SESSION: 1. Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares. J.
