Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on changes to Title 10 Land Use Regulations of the Nephi City code regarding: Title 10: Clean up the code in all zones to include the verbiage, 'whichever is smaller' when referring to the maximum height in each zone's building height allowed and maximum stories allowed. Such as the following example: 'No building shall be erected to a height greater than two (2) stories or thirty-five (35) feet, whichever is smaller'.
