PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #12-2023, amending Title 1, Chapter 3, Section 106 of the Springville City Municipal Code Effective Date of Ordinances; at their regular meeting held on July 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville. A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #13-2023, amending Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 101 Establishment of Zoning and Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 102 purpose of zoning districts to include the Main Street South Gateway Zone (MSSG); at their regular meeting held on July 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
