- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE MIDVALE CITY The Midvale City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The Midvale City tax on a $438,000 residence would increase from $207.90 to $214.88, which is $6.98 per year. The Midvale City tax on a $438,000 business would increase from $377.99 to $390.70, which is $12.71 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, Midvale City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 3.36% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
