PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for a PD Amendment for the Desert Color PD (Planned Development). The PD amendment would allow Desert Color to construct a park with/swimming pool and other amenities. The site is approximately 1.91 acres and is located generally between Emerald Point Dr, Green Mountain Drive, Kelly Ln and Pebble Glen Ln. The applicant is Desert Color St. George, LLC, and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project is known as Sage Haven Emerald Pool Park. Case No. 2023-PDA-013 Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
