WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA 8/9/2023 at 4:00 p.m. The Public Hearing will be held in person in the City Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, UT 84119, and electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737 A Study Session will be held a week prior to the Public Hearing on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. and a Planning Commission Pre-Meeting will be held the day of the Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. Preliminary application information will be available here by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be available by 12:00 pm on Monday, August 7, 2023. Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. The subdivision will consist of 2 lots on 4.81 acres. The subdivision is located at 4581 West 3500 South and is zoned C-2 (General Commercial).
