- To be posted on Thursday, July 27, 2023 on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Pinecones and Clover Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 12857 S. 600 E. The purpose of the request is to approve a cottage business that creates handcrafted jewelry to sell online. The hearing will be on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Draper City Website; Draperutah.gov, and at Draper City Hall; 1020 E.
