Public hearing and recommendation of Jason Boal's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Table 05-030-B, allowing limited drive through facilities in the Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Skye Area Plan Second Amendment adding 883 acres and 300 residential units to the Area Plan located at approximately SR-92 and Center Street. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 26, Accessory Uses, changing the lot size requirement for detached ADUs from 1/2 to 1/3 acre. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Table 05.040 and Table O5.030.A, adding twin homes as a permitted use in the R-2 zone.
