IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, August 3, 2023 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on a Zone Amendment from RA- 5 (Residential Agriculture District, minimum lot size 5 acres) to RE-37 (Residential Estates, minimum lot size 37,000 sq ft), RE-20 (minimum lot size 20,000 sq ft) with lot averaging and RE-15 (Residential Estates, minimum lot size 15,000 sq ft) without lot averaging on approximately 55.126 acres. Applicant/Owner: Kayenta Development, Inc-Owner. Lance Anderson-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately Kayenta Parkway and Hwy 91. Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivins.com may submit their views in writing to the City Council.
