- NEWTON TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On the 3rd day of August 2023, at 7:30 p.m. the Newton Town Council will hold a meeting at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center Newton, Utah, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the issue of CCCOG 2023, Center Street Road widening project. The proposed project would seek funding from Cache County Council of Governments to widen Center Street for two blocks from 200 South to Main Street in Newton. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Dated this twenty-first of July 2023. Karla R. Ferguson, Newton Town Clerk
