Description/Agenda: In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on July 25, 2023: Ordinance 23-28, Amending Chapter 2.56 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances Regarding Community Council Elections, Community Council Recommendations, and Appropriation of Funds to Community Councils. This ordinance amends Millcreek Code Chapter 2.56 by updating the relationship between the community councils and the city regarding elections, planning and zoning matters, and budgetary requests. Ordinance 23-29, Amending Section 14.16.040 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances Regarding Fees for Road Closures, Traffic Control, or Obstructions on Rights-of-Way. This ordinance amends Millcreek Code Section 14.16.040 by aligning it with the consolidated fee schedule regarding permitting fees.
