- PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning. - To review and amend the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 19 Sign standards.
