Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE HENEFER TOWN The HENEFER TOWN is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The HENEFER TOWN tax on a $552,000 residence would increase from $130.85 to $140.57, which is $9.72 per year. The HENEFER TOWN tax on a $552,000 business would increase from $237.91 to $255.58, which is $17.67 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, HENEFER TOWN would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 7.54% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
