NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of a hearing regarding levying contract assessments and a proposed increase to the assessments for land within in the municipal boundaries of the Town of Toquerville served by the Toquerville Secondary Water System (TSWS), an interlocal agency created by the Town of Toquerville and the Washington County Water Conservancy District, as follows: 1. A hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at the Toquerville City Office, 325 W Old Church Road, Toquerville, Utah, to consider levying the annual contract assessment for 2023 within TSWS service area, and to consider increasing the annual assessment from $195 to $254 for less than a 1/2 acre, $286 to $372 for 1/2 to 1 acre for residential parcels and from $91 to $118 for agricultural parcels. Standby from $104 to $135. 2. The assessment shall be levied to owners of real property within the city limits of the Town of Toquerville who have a contract for delivery of water from the Toquerville Secondary Water System.
