- Public Hearing Planning Commission Meeting Wednesday, August 2, 2023 7:00 PM The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to: - Consider and edit to 12.130 Single Family Residential Zone R-1: Change zone name to Residential Core (RC) Zone. Proposed changes would allow flag lots and a limited number of multi-family dwellings (duplex, triplex) to be built in the core section of the city. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
