Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE The TOOELE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The TOOELE CITY tax on a $404,000 residence would increase from $511.28 to $535.72, which is $24.44 per year. - The TOOELE CITY tax on a $404,000 business would increase from $929.60 to $974.04, which is $44.44 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, TOOELE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 4.78% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
