- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday August 01, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - Consideration of an amendment to the City's Regulating Plan of 11-18-040 to more accurately reflect the known street network in the West Farmington Mixed Use District area (ZT-10-23) - Consideration of approval for a Development Agreement and application for the Agriculture Planned District overlay zone for an additional building and site plan alterations for Ace Athletics at 874 South Shirley Rae Drive. (Z-1-23) The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
