NOTICE OF SALE OF DAVIS COUNTY SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY
(Davis County Code ยง 2.42.060)
Notice is hereby given that, on or after August 22, 2023, Davis County may sell all or part of
the following parcel of property known as: West Kaysville Sunset Equestrian center, identified
by Tax ID 08-024-0046 and located at 700 West and 1900 South in Kaysville, Utah ('the
Property'), by negotiated sale. The public may comment either in person or by written
statement on the proposed disposition of the Property on or before 10:00 a.m. on August 15,
2023 or at the regularly scheduled Davis County Commission meeting that will be held on
Tuesday, August 15, 2023, commencing at 10:00 a.m., in Room 303 of the Davis County
Administration Building located at 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah 84025. Written
comments must be received at the same address by 10:00 a.m. on August 15, 2023.
The Davis County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all purchase price. Please
