NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
GUNNISON CITY
-The GUNNISON CITY tax on a #332,000 residence would increase from $562.94 to 296.18, which is $33.24 per year.
-The GUNNISON CITY tax on a $332,000 business would increase from $478.08 to $538.50, which is a $60.42 per year.
-If the proposed budget is approved, GUNNISON CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 12.61% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All Concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
