- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE SPRINGVILLE CITY The SPRINGVILLE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The SPRINGVILLE CITY tax on a $454,000 residence would increase from $186.28 to $195.27, which is $8.99 per year. The SPRINGVILLE CITY tax on a $454,000 business would increase from $338.68 to $355.03, which is $16.35 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, SPRINGVILLE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 4.88% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
