Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 23-17 Notice is hereby given that on July 20, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 23-17, amending City Code Section 8.01.060, Perpetual Care Fund, to add cemetery growth and development to the uses for collected amounts. The Ordinance shall take effect on July 20, 2023. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
