NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on August 1, 2023 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 - Patterson Homes is requesting an amendment to Article 4.9 Professional Office ('P.O.') to remove the illustrative exhibits associated with the zone and allow for site and architectural plans to meet the regulations outlined in the code. - MNG Highland Development, LLC is requesting an amendment to 4.35 CR Zone to allow for alcohol sales in the CR Zone. - Highland City Staff is proposing an adoption of regulations and restrictions regarding the subdivision, development, and use of land subject to geologic hazards such as steep slopes, wetlands, unstable soils, and other hazards. - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to the General Plan to adopt an Active Transportation Plan. - Highland City Staff is proposing to vacate right-of-way located at approximately 11240 N 6000 W associated with the Williams View Final Plat.
