Grapevine Trailhead & Substation Site with Washington Parkway Trail
GWC Capital (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Grapevine Trailhead & Substation Site with Washington Parkway Trail
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Public Works Office located at 1305 E Washington Dam Road, Washington, UT 84780, until August 10, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened.
The project includes the following work:
Work in general consists of the furnishings of all labor and materials for the Grapevine Trailhead, Trailhead Restroom, and Substation site with Washington Parkway Trail. This project is located North of Washington Parkway and East of Buena Vista Boulevard in Washington, UT. The project involves the construction of a Restroom Building & Substation Site, and a Trail along with 1,400 feet of roadway and an 80' & 40' span bridge.

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the link. Prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a bid for the project. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither owner nor engineer will be responsible for bidding documents including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Bidding documents may be purchased from the issuing office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon the issuing office's receipt of payment, printed bidding documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective bidders delivery services. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding documents are available for purchase in the following formats:

Pre-Bid Conference:
A pre-bid conference for the project will be held on August 1st at 10:00 A.M. at the Washington City Public Works office at 1305 E Washington Dam Road, Washington, UT 84780. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
