- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL JULY 25, 2023 11:30 A.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Steven Park seeking site plan approval for a bike and small coffee shop to be located at 308 N Main Street in the CC-Community Commercial Zone. 2. Utah Valley Pediatrics seeking site plan approval for a new medical office located at 828 W 450 S in the NC Neighborhood Commercial Zone. 3. Darren Chamberlain seeking site plan and condominium plat amendment approval for the South Valley Professional Restaurant located at 694 W 400 S in the NC Neighborhood Commercial Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on July 20, 2023. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
