Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Cornish Town Council will hold a public hearing on August 2, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cornish Town Hall, regarding adopting the updated Cornish Town Land Use Ordinance. Minor adjustments are being proposed to the Town's Land Use Ordinance for the purpose of continuing health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare for the present and future inhabitants of the Town. Agenda: - Repeal of current Land Use Ordinance - Updated Cornish Town Land Use Ordinance The preliminary updated Land Use Ordinance is located at the Cornish Town Hall, 4788 West 14300 North, and is available for review. You can also view the ordinance on the Cornish Town Website at cornishutah.org. Please call (435) 754-3067or e-mail cornishtownhall@gmail.com in order to make arrangements to review the ordinance at the Town Hall. July 19, 2023
