Opening Motions Excused: Linda Walker Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve June meeting minutes: Second: Introduce New Members Sandra Devlin and Nancy Webster (new Commission members) Susan Earls (member of the public, owner of Rosebud Antiques on Main Street) Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports 1. Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) Update on the Old Town Hall restoration project (Laurel) Archives (Jeanne) No updates Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) - Talk about final details of the July 31 Historic Home Walking Tour - Present plans for August walking tour of Locust Avenue homes - Update on sidewalk timeline project History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Publications currently in process: (Laurel) - Walking tour booklet for July homes tour in Monkey Town (goes to print July 25) - Rose Garden walking tour book (update and reprint for Heritage Festival) Other Business Items 1. Discuss the trees surrounding the Old Town Hall. 2. Talk about Main Street concerns. (Jeanne) 3. Conduct a mid-year review of our project list. 4. Discuss a draft copy of our FY 2023-2024 budget. If no alterations, vote to approve. 5. FYI dates to calendar: - Monday, July 31: Monkey Town Walking Tour - Thursday, August 17, PGHPC meeting, 7 PM - Monday, September 11: Heritage Festival Adjourn PGHPC meeting and reconvene with Stacy Martineau to discuss Heritage Festival Next PGHPC meeting: Thursday, August 17, 7 PM
