- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on July 18, 2023, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-23: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7-1-103, 7-2-127, 7-7-115, AND 7-11-205 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING LANDSCAPING AND GARAGE SALES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
